I have been a fan of Hibdon Tires for quite some time. I have always had great service when I visited them for any reason, but had never visited this particular location.
Well, my car has been in desperate need of a front end alignment. It got so bad, it wore knots on my tires! Yes, since I got separated, I've been slacking on my automobile upkeep.
A couple days ago, I got an ad for my local Hibdon Tires in the mail, with several coupons attached. One was for an alignment, for $49.99. I decided that was as good a deal as any, so this morning, I headed over. They were pretty busy, and it seems they stay that way, but an employee was immediately asking how she could help. As always, their employees were amazingly friendly and helpful. They accepted my coupon readily, no hidden charges added in. They asked if I would like to wait in their reception area, where they provide free coffee, cappucino and hot chocolate, as well as a television, magazines and comfortable seating. I chose to pick my car up later. They called as soon as it was ready. I went right in, where the employee I spoke to earlier recognized me, and brought my paperwork right up!
I am so pleased with the way that I have been treated at every Hibdon Tires I have visited. I have decided to go back Tuesday, and use another coupon to have my oil changed!
