Review content:
Well, we tried this restaurant again. Thanks to a good coupon from the Entertainment book. After our last few visits we have stated to each other that we will never go back. Poor food, poor service, dirty atmosphere.
Sad to report that it has not changed much. Although we did have an exceptionally nice waitress.
The place is dirty. In need of a paint job on the inside. And it definetly needs to be cleaned up from all the smoke. The beautiful statues and such are coated with ciggarette tar and look like they have not been cleaned in years.
We entered through the bar area as they have had some renovations to their parking lot and the entrance was blocked. We dined at about 7pm. Coming through the bar area there were two tables full of dirty dishes. We left about an hour and a half later and those tables were still covered with dirty dinner dishes. Although there were only three customers sitting at the bar, and the restaurant was nearly empty for a Friday night.
The food was fair. Certainly not the best. We had broasted chicken that was extremely dry. We actually brought it home to turn it into either chicken soup or doggie treats. The ribs were good though. And I can say that much.
The little cup of coleslaw... ick. They were stacked on top of each other in the cooler and you could see the indentations on the top of each dish from the other cup sitting on top of it. Dirty and disgusting practice if you ask me.
Would I go back? This time we need to stick with NO WE WILL NOT RETURN. And end it at that.
