Review content:
I went to this vet office a couple times because I lived directly across the street. How convenient, right? But it was pretty bad. I had a couple assistants coming in and out of the room beforehand to start the visit like nurses at a doctor's office. I was used to small vet clinics and was pretty surprised by this. The vet finally came to see my dog, and when I asked for a refill on my dog's regular flea pills the vet insisted I did not know what I was talking about and those pills did not exist - she refused to look into it and help me get them. She wanted me to switch to the topical treatment, which I did not want. I asked if the vet had any tips for behavior modification for my dog, and she said she'd think about it and let me know. She ended up sending me a huge packet of research in the mail and charging me for her time of collecting the research articles. Finally, at the end of the visit it was time to clip my dogs nails. My dog hates having her feet touched, so they muzzled her and brought in two people to hold her down while a third clipped. It was horrible! No other vet before or since has had her held down or muzzled to clip her nails. She's fear aggressive, so that just makes it worse.
I was not impressed with this clinic at all. I am very glad they saved the other person's cat, but I cannot recommend it for regular visits. Find somewhere else - somewhere that they care about their clients!
