Review content:
My first encounter with a chiropractor was last summer when my husband's back pain was too much to bear. We visited Dr. Torrence not knowing much about the world of chiropractic. After discussing his medical background and taking x-rays of the spine, Dr. Torrence explained in plain English why my husband was experiencing pain, what could be done about it, and how chiropractic adjustments are in fact a preventative health measure. We learned that most health problems are caused by misalignments of the spine that prevent proper nourishment to our vital organs and that American medicine has a tendency to push us toward pills (think BigPharma=BigMoney) rather than guiding us toward prevention. Dr. Torrence educates as well as aligns. It has changed the way we think about our health. I believe that as a result of our understanding the importance of a properly aligned spine, we will live much healthier longer lives. Along with getting you on the road to better overall health (not to mention no more back pain!), this man has a wealth of knowledge that he is ready to share with you, as well as some truly amazing stories of people whose lives have been forever changed by chiropractic care, including his own.
