I've been running for more than 15 years. I know a good footwear establishment when I see it and this is the spot where I come to purchase my running shoes.
The staff is well trained and polite. They don't try to upsell and they focus on fit and customer satisfaction. I like the test run policy. They'll let you slip on a pair of running shoes (please don't call them sneakers) and zip around the block.
Prices aren't the best, you could probably find what you want cheaper on the Internet. But the service and staff more than make up for the cost differential.
