Review content:
We stumbled on Biscuits Cafe on Sandy blvd. mid-morning on a Sunday as we were getting ready to leave for Seattle after a weekend visit in Portland. We decided to have breakfast there. The place was crowded but we didn't have to wait too long for a table. Our order was taken quickly but there was a little bit of a wait for the food - well worth it though. The waitress was fast, sharp and friendly and she kept our coffee cups full - good coffee too. My boyfriend had a massive omelet with salsa and all sorts of stuff on and in it and I had the chicken fried steak. We both had the wonderful biscuits. The food was cooked perfectly, the hash browns were nice and crisp, and the food was served nice and hot. My boyfriend raved about his omelet while I enjoyed my giant chicken fried steak and perfectly cooked over-medium eggs. The biscuits were to die for... warm and flaky, and served with creamy real butter on the side. We took half our breakfasts home with us because it was so much food. This place is truly one of the best breakfast places I have ever been to, anywhere. Wish we had one here in Seattle. Wonderful!!!
