Review content:
Michaels Carpet of Dalton is a great place to shop when looking for flooring for your home. The sell carpet, padding, tile, vinyl and rugs. You have the option of picking exactly what you want and having them order it for you, or you can check out what they currently have in stock and get a great price. They carry lots of seconds, but you would never know that most of these products are actually "factory rejects". For instance, a roll might be rejected because it doesn't match the standard close enough. If you only need a portion of the roll that they have and the color looks good to you, then it won't matter that it doesn't match the factory's standard. They also have a roll out table where they will let you inspect the carpet to be sure that you don't see any flaws that you can't live with.
The sales staff is very helpful in helping you to find what you need that fits within your budget. They also have sales running from time to time, usually on rugs and tile, so if you hit the store during one of the sales, you can find even better deals. Michael's also has installers that they recommend, so if you use them, they will pick your carpet up from the store and bring it to your house when they're ready to install it, saving you having to transport it.
The store is a good size but not too big and is clean. The public restrooms were also very clean and there is ample parking in front.
