Review content:
Every year my family searches far and wide for a special ornament for our Christmas tree. Well upon walking past a kiosk of Things Remembered in our local mall we decided to see what they had. We found a beautiful pewter ornament that looked like a snow flake with blue stones on the tip. VERY reasonable price as well.. They asked ud to pay for the ornament before it was made which was no problem. We decided to pick it up two days later because we were pretty busy and wouldn't be around for the suggested one hour time frame of waiting.
My arrival to pick it up. ( the day before Christmas) I was sooo excited. This was our first ornament that we had engraved with our last name on it. Well to my surprise that spelt our last name wrong.!! My last name is Clough and they put on there " The Cloud Family 2005"...I was sooo distraught. I asked if there was a way to get another one done and the snow flake ornament we had purchased would take two weeks to arrive is ordered now ( because of Christmas being the next day ) Needless to say we have no 2005 Ornament and we had our money refunded after we had to repeat that the messed up our last name and ruined our family tradition.
