Businiess name:  Twin Anchors Restaurant-Tavern
Review by:  John T.
Review content:
My wife had me take her here because her favorite movie, "Return to Me" was filmed here. Great barbecue, great food. Nice large portions on the ribs and the burgers. The jukebox had lots of great vocal and jazz tunes as well. They had a nice selection of domestic and foreign beers. I don't know if I'm ready to annoint it as the best barbecue in the Chicago area, but it's right up there with Hecky's in Evanston, my favorite. One problem, though, is that the restaurant isn't very accessible. There's a really big step in front of the door and it's pretty hard to get a wheelchair over. We managed, but with difficulty. Still, we're glad we went twice and will likely go again. Incidentally, a banking acqaintance told me that he was tending bar the day Sinatra came in. Ribs and drinks flowed all night. Great story.
