Review content:
Darwin's is just slightly outside of Harvard Square, which makes it a welcome respite from the bustle of the square and a lovely location in which to relax a bit with a good book and a bite to eat. One side of the store offers an array of sandwiches, quaintly named for area streets, along with chips and sides. The other side provides pastries and coffee with a seating area. Staff on the sandwich side are notoriously disorganized, so expect your sandwich to take anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Staff on the coffee side are quicker, but less friendly. Seating may be difficult to come by at times, but even if it's to go, the sandwiches here are worth the trip. The Hubbard Park is my favorite -- but get extra napkins, as these huge sandwiches can get a bit messy.
