Now this place is called the Trails of Redmond, though for me it was the Trials of Redmond. Under their old ownership, I never had any problems. I was happy to keep renewing my lease here as all was great. But last year BRE took over and it all went downhill. The people went from comfortable and happy, to business suits and "professional". In a bank or lawyer office that's great, but in a place where you deal with people in their homes on a regular basis, it's just not the right way to go. When I asked to have my carpets cleaned 2 months after renewing my lease, instead of within the same month, I was told no it's too late. When we went in to sign out 4-5th lease since we moved here they said that we needed to pay to have a background check done on me since one hadn't been done...which is odd because I remember filling out that form. It was their mistake and I was expected to pay for it. They did a redecoration on the apartment above ours and during this time I had to listen to them install carpets from 7am till 10pm for 2 days, then they broke a pipe and had to come cut a hole in my ceiling to fix it - the guy didn't clean up this mess at all. He never came back the next day when he was supposed to either, which meant I wasted a day sitting around waiting for him. Overall this place is not where I want to live at all.
