Review content:
Yama has remained unwaveringly good throughout the years, make it a sushi option everyone can agree on without much debate. It's situated in the basement of a building and doesn't have much ambiance going for it. While a bit cramped, brightly lit, and sometimes a bit warm, the turnout of the sushi has always been consistently tasty.
They have a mix of the standard and the unconventional, which also makes it a good choice to take first-timers, while satisfying connoisseurs of sushi. The sushi is always fresh and the platters are generous, leaving one feeling stuffed by the end. I'd give Yama a fifth star, if only I weren't feeling like a fish myself - a sardine in a can - when I eat there.
