Review content:
I purchased a Christmas tree earlier this month to open the Sunday after Thanksgiving to find that the tree does not snap together. It was a defective tree. I then called Customer Service and spoke to Merril/Marrilyn (something) who in turn stated "you can't get your money back, we can only give you a store credit" and later spoke to Ray the manager who stated the same. I found it to be utterly hilarious how ignorant and incompetent employees’ are ranging from lower level to upper management. First, you totally inconvenience a 1st time shopper and 2nd you are willing to do it again by issuing a store credit to purchase more defective products. Ignorance is Bliss!!! I would rather spend top dollar for a product than to be smack in the face by incorporation that has adopted an “as it” business strategy. In addition, I tried to give Cook Brothers the benefit of the doubt by asking, “When I return this merchandise, is they’re someone who can assure that the new tree snapped together,” the representative stated “No! if you want to put it together than you can.”
I would never send my friends or family to purchase products from this organized mess.
