I have gone here car shopping with my dad a few times and unfortuantely each time it seemed that the sales rep didn't know the current sales promotion for the dealership. We also felt they employed some shady tactics, but that's common at most dealerships. We've also had cars serviced there before with never a problem, so it deserves a 3 star rating...
