First Ive never walked into a salon and had to wait for staff members to come up from their back room. One in fact was the manager who pawned me off on another hairdresser. The girl who cut my hair used the first chair on the left. All she talked about was her having a horse. She looked like she had been drunk the night before or maybe even still intoxicated. I could smell in on her. When I got home my hair was a disaster. I will never ever return to great clips. None of them. It was absolutely disgusting.
