Dear Mr. Blackwell:
It has been a great pleasure working with your sales associate, John. He is very charismatic and is not in any way pushy. He has stood firm behind the Jeep product and i admire that aspect of a person very much. I usually cringe at the thought of going out to buy a new vehicle because it is always a hassle to deal with people who only want my business and are not willing to put the time or effort to in getting in. I'm glad this is not the case. Thank you for a great buying experience and for all of the excellent service i received.
