Review content:
Just as it says with german Blattaria ,LARGE WOOD Blattaria and earwigs.They are in the midst of an UNSAFE AREA of town and expect high end rent for a low end rental spaces,poor quality maintenance.
Painted shut windows,improper working utilities,Make promises they never keep to FIX the preexisting problems and once the lease has been signed they "FORGET" to fix it and blame the renter for preexisting damages or preexisting conditions.
Hampton Creste is NOT understanding,and is NOT looking to help the individual,but only help themselves to the rent being generated.
Unsafe and unsanitary pool,laundry and children's park facilities,which are suppose to be PERKS of the living accommodations there.
The children's park area is littered with beer bottles,broken glass and trash.
Security is a joke! They joke and play around with the trouble makers and continue to let them play the loud music all hours of the night and hang around in the parking lots.
The pool area is littered with the same,and the laundry facilities are dirty,unkept broken down machines.
In the washers at one point was filled with a grimy sludge and had to use the laundry mat across the street.
Never expect your deposit back once you have left.No matter HOW CLEAN you make it and show them,they will claim you have damages and keep your deposit.
I would never suggest these people to anyone,NEW management or not.
The new management is just as bad if not worse for not keeping track and looking at ALL records of renters who were there prior to their taking over the properties to see what was what before evicting people unwillingly.
These people toss good honest families out with no real explanation,and replace them with pharmaceutical dealers and thieves.
Bad thing about this is the rental office has been made aware of these problems but NEVER made an attempt to take care of the issues,once again THEY DON'T CARE!
As far as im concerned if you are looking for a place to raise your family this is NOT it!
Pros: Next to a Grocery Store,SOME quiet neighboors.
Cons: LARGE accumulation of Blattaria,no yard space,unsafe area.
