Review content:
There's nothing like feeling you aren't wanted, and that's exactly how you'll feel here. They're always "very busy". Too busy, in fact, to be bothered with you. I might look a mess when I go in there, but that's probably because I'm in the real estate business and am always shopping in these kinds of stores (I'm often painting a property myself and am not arriving in my Lexus SUV like some of the local Newton housewives, so maybe they think I can't afford their crazy prices, but they should think again). The stuff is very expensive, and they seem very put out to even be bothered to give you prices in the first place. Forget asking a question or heaven help you if you want to browse one of their books. Go in, take a look around, and then Google another supplier for the same stuff. Needham Street traffic is a nightmare anyway.
