Active Appliances saved my butt, I have 3 kids and my sister’s family was coming to stay with us for a week. I had tons of laundry to do before the family came in to town, not to mention all of the clothes that would build up after a week of amusement parks and beach trips.
I started my first load of clothes and walked out of the room. When I came back there was water all over my floor and the clothes were not even close to clean. I called American Home Shield and they sent out Active Appliances. I absolutely had to have someone come out either that night or early the next day. Active called me an hour or so later and set up the appointment for the next morning.
The serviceman Dario showed up just after 9 am and within an hour he put in the parts the machine needed and was on his way. The machine was fixed in time for me to get everything clean before the family festivities began. Thank you Active Appliances as well as Dario who was so prompt and helpful through all of this. I would definitely suggest Active!
