Review content:
This bank has made at least one very loyal customer. I love that they do not have the normal banker's hours. They are open Saturday and Sunday when us common folk are not working and can actually use their service. Speaking of service, I had one bad experience where the drive thru teller was very slow. I mentioned it to my husband who mentioned it to the teller the next time he visited. The bank manager personally called and apologized and then sent me a $10 check. It's called their WOW service policy. It sured wowed me.
