Review content:
Pioneer is an official testing center for Microsoft Certification. When I was ready to take the test, I called Pioneer and set up an appointment to be tested.
I had never actually taken the test before, and my understanding was that the whole testing process had changed, in so far as the software was concerned. I also was unsure as to my own study procedures so this was a whole new process for me.
The school is located in Shelby, and is relatively easy to find. There is plenty of parking. The receptionist on the phone gave me good directions and where the testing building was located and I found the school easily.
The school is large, clean, bright and the folks there are lovely. The computer tester was very friendly, helped me settle in, and I went to work on the test.
I didnt pass the first time. I expected that. At the time, there was an offer to retest for free, which I did. Again, the same friendly help, the same lovely atmosphere. And I passed.
I was happy with my experience with Pioneer as a testing center. I dont know if I will test for the rest of the Office Products, as I dont know if I will need it, but if I do, I will be returning to Pioneer for the tests.
