I am very sorry about the wait staff on your recent visit. We have narrowed it down to a time when our server was running late and we had one of the cooks fill in for her. We do not have any male servers at this time so its fair to assume that this will not happen again, as your server was not one of the regular servers. The owner has been notified and is taking appropriate measures. We would love the chance to change your opinion on our wait staff. Again, my sincere apologies for the inconvience, as it should not have happened. Also, feel free to put anything you like on the message board in our wait area, we do not take it down.
