Review content:
This company came to us and sold us on using their pool company to put in a new pool due to their unique polymer design. Great salesmen and great workers, but then it all fell apart. We gave them their money and then they disappeared. It has been two months and we are still waiting on a diving board, the steps to get in and out of the pool, the light that goes in the pool, the pool cover, the rope, the hose to clean the pool, etc. I think you get the picture by now. We have been contacting the company for almost two months to find out when they would complete the job - to no avail. They don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls from messages left. We have truly been disappointed in their service. It is really ashame because they put in several pools in our neighborhood. At this point, we have threatened a class action suite to either get the money back that they owe us or to give us our supplies. Recommend future customers find another company to deal with that is honest and completes the job as promised. One last point is the concrete job was shabby at best. We have watched two other pools by another company be built at least a month after ours was started and completed long before ours. Stay away from Shoreline.
Pros: They are great in the beginning. Good service people when available.
Cons: Terrible customer service on following up and service calls.
