For a one stop craft and fabric store, Jo-Ann's is unbeatable. You can satisfy a myriad of crafting, sewing, and home dec needs right here in one trip. No more carrying around a scrap of fabric hoping you will find the right trim somewhere in town, they have a ton of trims and beads and ribbons right there in store. They have fabulous seasonal accessories for inside and outside the home as well.
The yarn section is pretty impressive in most stores as well, with national brands as well as their own line of specialty yarns.
The one thing they don't always have is knowledge. Perhaps because they are so large and spread out over many different craft areas, you can't always find someone who has an answer to any specific questions. Sometimes the person at the cutting table can be somewhat careless in cutting delicate fabrics, some of those edges are mighty jagged!
