I have never been so disgusted with a product in all my life. I order the French Body Wave Hair in T6 and when my hair dresser weaved this hair in my head she could not even come it! I purchased this hair in 20 inches and she had cut it down to 14 inches just to put the come through it and it still did not work. I called his and her hair goods who told me to take a track of hair out of my head and mail it to them, I received a call from the Supervisor Jill that said she saw no problem with the hair I told her that i couldnt even fathom what she was telling me and that i could not even come the hair she said she used conditioner in the hair and it was fine. I told her that i used everyting possible and it didnt work and that i wanted my money back she said NO rudely and said if i ever ordered with them again i would get 20% off!
