I have to write a review and relate our horrible experience there this past summer. My family and I (5 adults and 2 young children) went to eat there on their "Buy one get one free lobster dinner" night. We had planned to share and were told that it would add 9 dollars per share (so now the free lobster was going to cost us 18 dollars). Fine, we decided we were ok with that. Since our kids 2 and 4 are not big eaters we did not order anything for them but planed to give them a corn and a little bit of the lobster to taste. One of the adult ordered a shrimp plate separately. While waiting the adults had a cocktail, others a beer or a glass of wine. When the food came, I asked if I could get a spare place for the kids. There the manager came and told me that they would charge us 9 dollars per plate given to the kids! I was a little surprised... Never ever I had heard anything like this! But I went along with it and said that we would manage without the plates. But when he saw that I was going to give a little piece of lobster meat to my 2 years old daughter, he stepped in and told me that "if my daughter would have one bite of my food" he would charge me 9 dollars!!! I was becoming really annoyed at this point and asked him what was his problem. At this point he said that our 2 kids were using one of his customer sits and that therefore he was loosing business having them using one of his chairs while not paying for food!!! I was so chocked. I stood up, took my daughter and gave him his chairs and told him that now he could be thankful because I was leaving and he could have 2 chairs back!!! I left... leaving my poor family behind having to deal with this horrible manager!!! What followed wasn't more fun. He told them he would call the cops if they would leave without paying (the food had been had been untouched). And when they agreed to pay he had added charges for the kids plates whihc we never got!!! After more arguing, he removed the 2 plate charges. Everybody around was shocked how badly we had been treated.
