Good: NOTHING! Rude and unwilling in accepting responsibility for damaged clothing and only willing to give credit for future cleaning, not replacing item! Outrageous cleaning bill! $100 for 9 items,mostly unlined pants, shirts and 2 blazers!!. Bad: Would NEVER recommend this cleaner to anyone! The fact that they were not willing to take care of the customer and make good on item they clearly damaged certainly speaks for itself! Why would I want a credit toward future cleaning at this establishment?. Improvements: Someone who knows how to run a business and make good on disatified customer! Pricing is outrageous, inflated! Most residents in the area are aware of this, so I imagine their business is definitely hurting!.
