I appreciate the service that Dion provided, although he did not fix anything, he clarified for me the source of the problem. I mistakenly thought that the person who had come out previously did not stop the leak. They did stop the leak but my overflow cover is broken and water was getting into that and dripping onto the floor below in the same place as the leak. I did not have him fix it because the entire tub will be replaced. I appreciate him doing a complete and thorough job.
