What could be better?
JC Penny carries such a vast assortment of goods as it is, and now you can outlet shop. Wish I would have found this place years ago. But happy I found it when I did.
They carry mostly the items from the catalog that were either sent back or discontinued.
I found my wedding dress here, for a REAL bargain. And continue to shop here for excellent goods.
Such as pieced quilt bedding ensembles for about 80% off list prices.
They carry clothing, bedding, toys, housewares, rugs, shoes, a limited amount of furniture.
Clothing in all sizes.
They also carry a wide variety of nurse style uniforms at excellent prices.
