I found Steve on this website - My husband & I hired Steve to do some demolition in our basement in preparation for a complete remodel. Because we were remodeling on a tight budget, we had a tough time finding reasonably priced contractors.
Steve's rate was very reasonable; on top of that, it seemed to be a point of pride to him to stay within his written quote, even if the work took longer than expected. Well, we are just about finished with our brand new basement. Hiring Steve for this project was the best choice me and my husband could have made. I would also like to add that I observed that Steve seemed to take a kind of ownership of this remodel; on several occasions, several of the other people we hired (plumbers, concrete, etc.), did substandard work that Steve pointed out that had to be corrected. Steve Having Steve on the project made me feel immensely comfortable.
Last note: This project took the better part of a year. We decided to have Steve do the majority of the work simply because he did a good job, period. When we get ready to remodel our kitchen next year, we definitely will be calling Steve
