Review content:
Jackson Bakery is one of a few long established bakeries in Chattanooga. They are in a convenient location with ample parking. The store is small, but packed on three sides with cookies and goodies ready to take home. Their best offerings are their cakes. They do wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cakes for any occasion. The cakes are always moist and the icing is not too rich. While you're in to pick up the cake you ordered, don't forget to grab a few cookies or pastries as well!
