If you want to know where all the residents of Oakland are on a hot summer day, look no further then Dave and Andy's! They have delicious homemade ice cream in an array of delicious, unique flavors, such as green tea ice cream and cappaciono crunch. The wonderful waffle cones that are homemade are another must try. The large helpings in a delicious waffle cone make Dave and Andy's a must try for all residents of Oakland!
