Review content:
Just steps away from the Bedford Avenue L stop, Anna Maria Pizza is absolutely NO JOKE. Not only is the pizza fantastic, but the slices are positively dripping with toppings - one piece has got to weigh a couple of pounds! I'm partial to the mounds of veggies, spicy sausage and jalepenos myself. There are a decent amount of tables inside, which is good because this is definitely fork pizza, if you have to take it to go try to slide just a bite (of the HUMONGOUS slice) off the edge of the plate and nibble at it, but if you get any one of the fantastic array of toppings you'll probably end up shoveling fingerfuls of it into your mouth as you walk, so don't forget the napkins.
The restaurant is open until 1am, so even though the pies pass muster with the sober, they're great for sopping up a night of drinking on the "Ave" too.
I hear a rumor that their pasta dishes aren't bad either, but just thinking about the pizza makes me full so I haven't tried them.
