For this place being a high end salon, the service was horrible. Nothing like going to a spa to unwind and being rushed in and out! The massage was terrible, could have had my husband do it for free. Front desk people not friendly at all.. And please do not get stuck in construction traffic, even if you call ahead and tell them you are stuck, they cut your session short, but you still pay full price for your services. I do not recommend this place if you are looking to unwind, not very professional and still waiting to hear from corporate about an email I sent about my complaint, that was 4 days ago.
