Review content:
Now, in mall food courts, the food and the service is not always as good as you would find elsewhere, but this Arbys is the exception. The food is always excellent and fresh and the staff is wonderful. They are quick, efficient and helpful.
Once, I received a roast beef sandwich that had sauce on it when I had requested none. The manager replaced the entire order with no hassle...even though I had finished almost all of my fries. Definitely a great manager, and even though there was a problem, it was handled so well that it didn't at all negatively impact my impression of this establishment.
