I called Roto-Rooter at 3:00 pm and by 4:00 pm my problem was fixed. Armando, the Roto- Rooter technician that came to my house, was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on how I can prevent the problem from happening again. Armando also told me that if my problem occurs again within the next 3 months, we will come out again for no additional charge. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing problem!
