I know the prices are not all that great, but I love going to get my sugar rush at the Sweet Factory. They have a varied assortments of candy in clear bins throughout the stores. My absolute favorites are the chocolate covered gummy bears, chocolate covered espresso beans, and everything gummy--which spans most of the store.
Beware of the sugar free--don't go there unless you can't help it, and make sure not to accidentally dump some in your bag--a nasty surprise.
