Just completed their 10 week Tonal Lean Program. Really like the emphasis their doctors placed on designing a nutrition plan based on body and fat composition assessment. Went their based on recommendation of a trainer and was surprised to see how easy the program was to follow. The staff the just so friendlly and easy to communicate with. Attended only a couple of their lectures but really enjoyed the psychologist their who really helped with tips on cravings. Would defintiely recommend!
Pros: Super friendly staff, great office feel, I saw results right away
Cons: Online scheduling was a little difficult to learn at first
