I know most men don?t think about weight loss but when my primary doctor told me that I now had diabetes it seemed the only thing that I was on my mind. I looked around at all of the programs in my area and did my research and found that there was not another program like this one. Within one months time I have already made a huge change in my body comp and lost 22lbs. My primary doctor was very impressed with this change. I look forward to improving my health and having a long happy life. Thank you to the hard working staff at Valens Wellness.
