Review content:
Hired for a very well know fast food franchise and they flooded the bathrooms. The smell lasted for weeks! Finally came back to finish the job, but by then most of our customers had complained to corporate and we were fined. In the process of a suit currently.
Pros: customer service---we spent a lot of time on the phone!
Cons: untimely, rude service in person, obvious lack of concern for bathroom damage
