Businiess name:  Best Buy
Review by:  Katie B.
Review content:
I don't know why I shop at Best Buy. Although I only go there maybe once every three years it never seems to change. I have a gift card that I recieved in 2000 and I just want to use it up but when I go to the store I get people who know everything about the junk I don't want but that they want me to buy, and then when I ask about the products I want they know little to nothing. My attitude is to use Best Buy only if you know what you want. Chances are that you know more about the product you want than the employees do. So, do your homework first.
