Review content:
In 2006 I visited this place with friends I was very please that the sushi is very good. The chef who made the sushi for me is very well experienced and he kept me entertained and shared many sushi knowledge with me. The service was kind of funny. The person who presented himself as "The manager" has no business at all being in the food service business. He was very rude and acted like a smart-ass toward my friend who is less experienced in sushi. I spoke with him and then found out that he is just as un-educated about sushi as my friend was, perhap even less experienced than my friend who he made fun of. Later in the evening, I was greeted by the owner of the restaurant, Chef Li and his partner Emily. I felt sick to my stomach after smelling his bad dragon breath. It's worst than smelling an ashtray. But I have had so much respect for the sushi chef who made my food, I remain quiet. The lady partner couldn't related to any subject at all and all she does is stood there and acted like a queen. I figured that since I'm there for the food, I guess I', willing to over look the bad things.
I went back to visit the sushi chef again wanting to re-live the great sushi experience in march of 2007. I was very disappointed to had heard the very chef who made my sushi is no longer employed after I had spoken to the other chef. I tried to find out where that chef had gone, but all the employee had a different story to tell. The other sushi chef tried to make me feel better by offering his best. I wasn't happy, but I appreciated his effort. In Alpharetta area, there's no many good place for sushi. I was relief to know at least the other chef is trying to take care of me. I went back again recently... I was shocked again!! the other chef is no longer employed as well. What the hell!! Chef Li then stepped out to make my sushi. It was no way near what I had experienced in the past and then his dragon breath... I can't finish my food so I have to leave.
