Paul the owner of "radon mitigation solutions" installed a radon removal system for my house. He was more expensive than the other contractors I have called, but he claimed to guarantee his work for the life of the house. There was a problem is the outside pipe as it was venting into the outside siding of the house making the color disappearing. I called Paul and he told me that he would come to fix it. He never showed up, never called to explain and I tried to call him for 2 weeks after on a daily basis and left him numerous voice mail massages and he never called me back.
Whatever you do , do not deal with this person, he just take your money for a very poor service.
Pros: Show up fast to collect your money
Cons: Does a very poor job, does not stand by the warranty, ignore customer calls, and lie
