I made the mistake of taking my mother and entire family to Chez Zucca for Mothers Day. The experience was just plain awful. We were seated right away, but after half an hour, no one had taken our order. We had to flag down a waiter, who said he would be "right back" to take our order. Ten to fifteen minutes later (45 minutes after we sat down), our order was taken. On multiple occasions, our waiter came by trying to give us food we did not order--but did not bring the food we actually DID order for over an hour!! When our appetizers arrived, they were okay--not great. And our waiter entirely forgot to serve one of our dishes. Our main course took even longer to arrive than the appetizers, frustrating my elderly step father. My husband's steak was grossly undercooked, but we could not send it back for fear that it would take another hour for it to return. The other dishes ordered (the omelet and chicken), were okay--but certainly not worth the agonizing and frustrating wait. I am not that hard of a person to please, but this restaurant embarassed me personally and completely ruined mothers day. Do not go to this restaurant.
