I recently got a pedicure at spa belles and it was one of the worst ones that I have ever received. It took about 10 minutes and my feet felt no better after I left. I tried to go back and complain the next day and the "manager" wouldn't talk to me- there is no "boss" for me to talk to, they do no credits and overall she was incredibly rude, barely looking at me. For a well established boutique, I am HIGHLY disappointed- this is more than I normally pay for a pedicure and by far the worst. I would STEER CLEAR!
