Review content:
Phillips has the best salt water taffy in Seaside. The reason I believe this is because they are the only place in Seaside that MAKES their own taffy. You can even go in and watch the taffy being made on the old taffy pulling machine. It's a lot of fun. Phillips certainly doesn't have the biggest selection of taffy. That distinction definitely goes to The Candyman. But what Phillips lacks in quantity, they make up in quality. Also, I really believe that once you get 100 varieties of taffy in your bag and get home, you probably won't remember what they all are. My favorite taffy from Phillips is the cinnamon. It's got the perfect amount of spice, but it's pretty chewy. I love it.
