A few years ago, we were in the market for a new car. We were very interested in the Ford Escape and as this was going to be a my car, my husband insisted that I accompany him to talk to the salesperson at Green Ford. We were also hoping that they would have 1 in stock to test drive. The entire experience at Green Ford was unpleasant. The salesman completely ignored me the entire time. When I asked a question about the Escape, the salesman would direct the answer to my husband. My husband specifically said, "My wife will be driving this car, so she needs to be part of this conversation" The salesman continued to ignore me. We left very unsatisfied -- between the salesman and lack of Escapes in stock to test drive. We received a call from Green Ford to inform us they had an Escape to test drive. We had already decided to purchase our Escape from Parkway Ford in Winston Salem BUT decided to go back to Green Ford and test drive. We got a different salesman but the SAME treatment. Never ever ever would I recommend doing any business with this company.
