Review content:
We've used Park Avenue Floors 2 times. The first time was for carpeting. They were just wonderful and we love our carpeting! They were quick, the quality is exceptional, and they did a great job! The second time we used them was for new tile in our stairwells. The man that came out to put in the tile was horrible. He didn't even line up the tiles from the stairs to the landing. It looked horrible. We called Park Avenue Floors and they sent someone back out to repair the job. The repair person hastily tried to remove the mislaid tiles. He started pounding on the stairs to break up the tiles. We didn't learn until later that he had cracked the foundation of the stairwell. Our tile is now cracked on several stairs and because it's been too long, they will not replace/repair it. If I could just rate the carpeting experience it would be 5 stars but both of these experiences need to be included so the rating is being dropped to 3 stars.
