I wish I had read all the bad reviews online and had been aware of the 2 outstanding complaints filed with the state BEFORE I took him my computer to fix. This man not only was incredibly rude, but was a big liar. He promised to fix my computer in 5 days, and after five WEEKS he still had not completed the work. In fact, it looks like he broke it further while in the process of trying to fix it. I was so fed up with his lies, including changing the diagnosis for the problem 3 times, that I demanded he return my computer right away. He refused to give it back, and I had to bring a police man into the store with me in order to finally get him to return it. I strongly discourage you from doing any business with this place, but if I have not already convinced you otherwise, I will also warn you that he frequently does not open on time (e.g., sometimes 1-2 hours later than his posted opening time), so I would call ahead!
Pros: A neighborhood, independently owned small business
Cons: The owner is a liar and does not complete contracted work in a timely manner
