Review content:
We used Potomac because we got a discount from our mortgage broker. They were nice enough and corrected the problem that cropped up as quickly as they could, but no one wants to have big trouble on the day of their closing - especially not showing up early only to find that a key name is misspelled and the whole packet has to be reprinted, wasteing a lot of time and making us nervous it would not happen on time. They did fix it and Tom was extremely nice to work with, but the snaffo on something as important as someone's name was not impressive.
